Attorney, Securities and Exchange Commission



Thomas Silverstein, a native of Washington, D.C., is an attorney in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission. In that capacity, Silverstein conducts investigations into violations of the federal securities laws. Prior to joining the SEC, he was in private practice with two Washington, D.C. firms. Silverstein is a graduate of Kenyon College and the Georgetown University Law Center. Tom and his wife, Deborah, live in Washington, D.C. and have two adult children.
