WASHINGTON, DC, December 5, 2019 – The DC Jazz Festival® (DCJF), announced today early bird discount tickets to its finale event, DC JazzFest at The Anthem, Sunday, June 21, 2020; part of the 16th annual 10-day celebration (June 12-21), DC JazzFest presented by Events DC.
The premier citywide jazz festival will include a diverse, internationally renowned lineup of musicians in numerous venues across the nation’s capital concluding at The Anthem with a performance by one of the greatest contemporary jazz artists of all time [soon to be announced].
Early bird tickets for The Anthem show go on sale to the public December 6, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

In 2019, DC JazzFest at The Wharf attracted over 117,000 attendees across the star-studded weekend and recorded the largest single day attendance in the festival’s 15-year history. Home to the nation’s longest continually operating open-air fish market, the revitalized Wharf has transformed into one of DC’s most visited waterfront destinations.

The 10-day festival celebrates all things jazz with over 165 performances, in more than 40 venues, in 25 neighborhoods, citywide. The two-day finale, hosted by Events DC at The Wharf (June 20-21) features three free outdoor stages, two ticketed indoor stages with an array of DC-based, emerging, renowned, and international artists.
