Heather Mahoney has worked in the publicity industry for more than a decade, specializing in media management and brand-focused marketing. She began her career working for a startup at its inception which went public, in nine short years, allowing her to grow professionally at a rapid pace. Her prior experience as a reporter and photojournalist gives her a keen eye for cutting-edge content. Heather enjoys continuous success generating top-tier media placements for numerous brands, including but not limited to, the Gary Sinise Foundation, Advocates for Youth, Chef José Andrés, NBC Universal, and more. In a journalism capacity, Heather continues to freelance as a professional writer, with most recent work including a cover story with Chuck Todd, Meet the Press. A graduate from the University of Maryland, Heather holds a B.A. in Communication with a focus on public relations and psychology.
