Kimberly Homer is tasked to formulate DCJF’s marketing campaigns, transformative strategies and increase earned income. She works to attract new audiences to the genre and organization. Before joining DCJF, Kimberly worked for Avery Dennison on a top performance account that brought in more than $25 million dollars of annual revenue. She supported the team in evaluating key market opportunities, driving intelligent, creative sustainable solutions for the Under Armour sportswear account. She was also a Program Manager at The Art and Drama Therapy Institute (ADTI); D.C.’s highly acclaimed day program for Theater, Performing Arts & Art for persons with intellectual disabilities. At ADTI, she developed comprehensive plans and campaigns to diversify revenue streams. Kim holds a baccalaureate degree in International Business with a minor in Spanish from Dillard University in New Orleans, LA. Additionally, she earned an MBA with concertation in Marketing from Towson University. Kim’s passion for exploring culturally diversity and traveling has led her to live and visit over 15 different countries across West and Southern Africa, Canada, Middle East, South East & East Asia, and the Caribbean.
