Free tickets are available to get an up close and personal look at your favorite DC JazzFest artist. Join us in conversation at the Meet the Artist Tent at Recreation Pier. 

Entry is subject to availability, please arrive early.

Families with Little Ones: Join Us for DC Jazz Bops! in the Meet the Artist Tent. Join award winning teaching artist artists, vocalist Heidi Martin; pianist Janelle Gill, and trumpet DonVonte McCoy for an engaging fun experience with call and response, rhythm recognition, and a jazz-inspired story-time! Your child will play real instruments, learn songs by Duke Ellington, and scat like Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong!
